1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by ELIZIN AUTO SALES, trading as ELIZIN AUTO SALES, of 100 Campbell Ave, Unit 1-D, Kitchener, Ontario N2H 4X8, Canada. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Vehicle information is not an offer

Vehicle listings, prices, photographs and specifications are published in good faith for information only. They are not an offer to sell and do not form part of any contract. A sale is only agreed when both parties sign a written bill of sale.

Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes, licensing, registration and any optional products, unless a listing says otherwise. Vehicles are subject to prior sale.

3. Accuracy

We take care to keep listings accurate, but errors happen — a kilometre reading, an option code or a price can be wrong, and photographs may not show every detail or blemish. We reserve the right to correct any error at any time. Please confirm anything that matters to you with us directly, and inspect the vehicle before you buy.

4. Financing and trade-in enquiries

A financing enquiry submitted through this site is not a credit application, is not an approval, and does not guarantee any rate or term. Any trade-in figure we give you based on an online description is an estimate and is subject to an in-person inspection of the vehicle.

5. Your use of the site

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at a scale that burdens it, submit false information through our forms, or upload anything unlawful, malicious or that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse service or remove content that breaches these terms.

6. Content you upload

When you send us photographs of a vehicle you are offering, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you give us permission to use them internally to value the vehicle. We will not publish them without asking you.

7. Our content

The text, layout and photographs on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Manufacturer names, model names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the vehicles we sell.

8. Links to other sites

Where we link out — for example to a map provider or a lender — we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
